How long will my repair take?
Repair length has many factors including (but not limited to) parts availability, and insurance company response time (if applicable) . We order parts as soon as we receive a go ahead. The length of the repair will also vary on the severity of the accident, but at East Northport Collision, we pride ourselves on being upfront and honest with our customers, and will frequently reach out to you to discuss the repair status.
Do you work with my insurance company?
Yes! We work with all insurance providers and handle the paperwork for you.
Can I get a quote without coming in?
We need to see your vehicle in person to see the scope of the repair and obtain some vehicle specific information for the estimating process.
I just got into an accident, now what do I do?
It is best to contact our office at 631-757-2200, before calling any insurance company, so we can walk you through the claims process, to be sure the claim is filed properly. If it's after hours, you can email us at [email protected]
If the vehicle needs to be towed after hours, you can call our tow company, Elite Towing at 631-737-8439.
Do you offer a warranty on repairs?
Yes. We stand by our work 100%, and our paint company guarantees the paint for the life of the car.
Can you help with minor dents and scratches?
Yes. There is no project too big or too small. We can help with dings and scratches, leaks, and doors that don't close properly, just to name a few.
Is an appointment required?
Walk-ins are welcome, but we recommend calling ahead to reduce wait times.
What kind of parts do you use?
We use OEM parts whenever possible to ensure quality and safety. If cost is a factor, we can look into aftermarket alternatives.
